“I Need You Now” song recorded by Smokie Norful was a most appropriate song for me to sing for my mothers memorial service at The Shield on that day in September, one that I always will remember. I miss my mom and the relationship and bond we had. But I will always cherish the memories, and am very grateful that I still have a little piece of her in my life through my daughter Dani Jo who resembles her so much. I’ll see you again mom, one day…
